Skin Select contains our three essential skin supplements for a healthy*, smooth and hydrated-looking complexion. Following years of research, our team have succinctly synergised together a combination of three specific supplements in daily convenient, tear-off beauty pods.

Designed for individuals with an on-the-go lifestyle who are looking for an additional dimension to their skin, beauty and wellness regime.

Each pod features a daily dose of the following smart supplements:

Skin Vit A+ providing vitamin A and vitamin D. This combination work in synergy for the health of not only our skin but also offers over-arching benefits for our wellbeing, immune system, muscles and teeth.
Skin Antioxidant with seven antioxidants including extracts of green tea, grapeseed, turmeric root, bilberry fruit, betacarotene, lutein and lycopene. All these nutrients are encased in a purple carrot capsule.
Skin Omegas+ which synergises vitamin A, omega 3 fatty acids from sustainably sourced fish oil and omega 6 fatty acids from evening primrose oil.

Suitable for anyone concerned with aging and all skin types. It is recommended as a starter pack for those looking to support skin health. Individuals can combine Skin Select with our skin specilaist supplements.

Directions

Take the contents of one pod (containing three supplements) daily with a meal. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily intake.

Omega-3 Fatty Acids

Sourced from scientifically researched and sustainable Fish Oil from EPAX, who are a world leading supplier known to exceed stringent quality and purity standards. Certified by Friend of the Sea, our omega-3 sourced using sustainable methods that conserve marine habitats and resources.

Omega-6 Fatty Acids

Sourced from Evening Primrose Oil which is a great source of one of the key essential fats called omega 6. It is derived from the seeds of a North American flowering plant. Other sources of omega 6 are eggs, poultry, pumpkin and sesame seeds.

Astaxanthin

Astaxanthin is a natural carotenoid with a distinctive red colour and the primary source of astaxanthin is the fresh water algae called Haematococcus pluvialis. In nature it is consumed by a variety of animals such as flamingoes and salmon which gives them their distinctive pink or red colouring.

Vitamin A

Contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and has a role in the process of cell specialization

FAQs

There are various supplements in these pods - Can I take too many supplements?

First, it is important to note that you should not be using supplements to replace a varied and balanced diet. Secondly, it is possible to consume too many supplements, especially if you are combining different brands. The risk here is that you may be getting too much of certain vitamins and minerals. Advanced Nutrition Programme™ has been specifically formulated to work in synergy so you can take a few products together and it is perfectly safe – in fact our skin researchers have developed these Skin Select to bring together various supplements in convenient, daily dose pods.

Is it ok to take different supplements at the same time?

Yes absolutely, combining supplements will not interfere with the way they work, in some cases it can even be beneficial as vitamins and minerals often rely on each other to work properly.. Please make sure you are taking food supplements with a main meal and not on an empty stomach.

When is the right time of day to take a food supplement?

In general, it is best to take most supplements with food as this is the way nature intended us to digest and absorb nutrients. We recommend that you take supplements with a main meal as this provides for better absorption. This can be lunch or dinner. The important part is that you take your supplements on a daily basis. Sometimes it can be hard to get into a routine with this so here are some tips that may help get you in a routine:

Set a daily reminder on your phone.

Keep your supplements in a draw at work or on your desk so they are easily accessible.

What happens if I forget to take them?

Just continue taking the recommended daily dose as normal. There is no need to compensate for missed capsules. It’s okay to take all of your capsules in the evening if you forget in the morning.

We offer FREE NEXT DAY delivery using DHL Express to anywhere in the UK on orders over £40 and when placed prior to 2pm Mon-Fri.

Please note we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes in the UK. A full street address is required.

Shipping on orders under £40 to UK cost £3.95.

To make sure your products get to you in time, we send them recorded delivery via DHL Express, so someone will need to sign for them. Once your parcel has been dispatched we will email you with a tracking number so that you can check its status. We aim to deliver your products within 48 hours of placing an order if you’re in the UK. However, please note our warehouse is not open Sat-Sun so orders placed after 2pm on Friday or later will not be processed until the next working day.
